Lifting weights changed my life, giving me strength, confidence, and a sense of purpose in achieving my goals. Bodybuilding has taught me that mastering my mind to transform my physique equips me to conquer anything in life.

    You will then be prompted to download it onto your phone so you can take your personalized meal plan and training program with you to the supermarket and the gym.


    This can then be accessed from anywhere in the world! It may take 24-48 hours for your program and recipes to appear as this is personalized to you based on all the information you provide upon sign up!

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s essential to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • Is it suitable for beginners?

    Absolutely! The workout is completely tailored to your fitness level. Every exercise comes with a video demo to guide you through the program. So, if you are new to the gym, I've got your back with your very own personalized program.

  • Are the recipes suitable for vegetarians/ vegans / gluten free?

    Yes! All recipe ideas are totally tailored to you, your calorie targets and your preferences / intolerances. You have the option to enter all this information when you sign up, and exclude any food groups you dislike!

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different.


    Your program is structured into 3 phases: Phase 1 (Month 1), Phase 2 (Month 2), and Phase 3 (Month 3). As you progress through each phase, additional sets, repetitions, weights, change of exercises and advanced techniques such as supersets, drop sets, and cluster sets will be incorporated to continually challenge your muscles.


    If necessary, adjustments to your meal plan will also be made, this will envolve new recipes and updated calorie and macro targets to support your goals.


    After completing the three phases, you will start again at Phase 1, but this time with adjustments tailored to your progress. 


    The key to success lies not in having a completely different plan each time but in maintaining consistency and progressively challenging your body.
